- Pump can be up to 3 metres remote from Controller
Unlike other pumps, the pumphead can be separated from the controller by up to 3 metres with a 4mm air tube. This gives flexibility to use the pump closer to the chemical or in harsh environments.
- Safe, quick, simple pumphead replacement
It is simple and safe to change a pumphead taking approximately 90 seconds to effect a complete replacement.
- Handles highly corrosive liquids
The wetted parts of the pump are polypropolene, teflon, hastalloy C and a choice of O-ring seals including EPR and Viton.
- Electronically Programmable Dispensing
The system includes software that allows user-calibration of dispensing amounts and flash memory for storage of these amounts even when power to the unit is switched off.
- Electronic Signal per delivery
The system generates an electronic pulse for each dose that is capable of being captured and used for Management, Operational, Inventory or other purposes.
- Proof of Delivery / Delivery Failure Alarm
With an electronic pulse on every dose, the dispensers can signal with a green light that the required product has been delivered. If delivery is not achieved, the unit can flash an alarm to the operator.
- Out of Product / Low Product Warning
Again using the electronic pulse generated on each dose, dispensers can automatically alarm when they have run out of product to dispense and thereby alert the operator.
